Introduction This document summarizes the training program provided by Technology Shared Services Egypt (TSS-E) – Access and Transport Networks Team (RAN Team) and customized to Vodafone Ghana based on Basics of Advanced Level as requested. Technology Shared Services Egypt (TSS-E) – RAN Team has developed this comprehensive Training Program to satisfy the competence needs of our customers, from our expertise to deliver against service levels, maximize return on customer investments, and offer the highest standards in customer satisfaction. The Training Program is delineated into packages based on the following 3 modules: GSM RAN Training, including planning and optimization WCDMA RAN Training, including planning, optimization and capacity HSPA/HSPA+ Training, including optimization, capacity planning and related features
This Program is tailored based on Huawei platform SRAN10.1 (2G: GBSS17, 3G: RAN17.1) to match Vodafone Ghana requirements, and designed in the form of interactive workshop, accompanied with some case studies, and adopted with our relevant best practices in the Radio Network arena via our engagement with different customers worldwide Training certificates will be presented upon attendance all the sessions. Program detailed content and specific duration will be communicated prior conducting the training.
