The staining process "or the icroorganis used ordants like potassiu alu, calciu oxide and copper sul"ate "or "ixing the color. nly copper sul"ate and lie responded positively as a ordant that gave "avora%le outcoe in "ixing the color o" alug%ati. The saples were screened %ased on the criteria o" color retention and evenness. The structure o" the icroorganiss with respect to shape and size and certain cellular coponents were identi"ied using a icroscope and photoicrographs. The alug%ati extract produced stain that was copara%le with synthetic stains like crystal violet and sa"ranin and can, there"ore, %e used as an alternative stain.@

Make sure that the salt is copletely dissolved %e"ore adding soe dye. *ow, add soe coloring dyes that you desire. Aarious colors o" ink could %e produced i" di""erent colors o" dye will %e used. 'nd lastly, trans"er to a %ottle or $ar the "inished product and seal until use or you can directly put it into the arker.
