Modem Up-Time is provided in a string on SNMPCfgadmin This OID is str ange sometimes modems spit out a string of numbers and im not sure what it is I have not gotten around to toying with this I will update if I ever find out what it is Plain And Simple, all this does is give you the HFC I P of the modem

This hasn’t worked for me but it’s supposed to give you the current status of the modem which im assuming is whether or not it is in Standby This is supposed to give you the hosts that are behind the modem, I tested it and it is not working for me but may work for others. Returns the IP of the server the modem retrieved the configuration file server from Returns the name of the Configuration file the modem is currently running on. Returns the name of the firmware the modem is currently running on. Returns the IP of the DHCP server the modem is set to retrieve IP addresses from. Returns the IP of the server in which the modem gets its time date and year from Shows the modems SNMP Error Log
Shows the current DS LOCK (Downstream Frequency Lock) Shows the Firmware Filename the modem is set to download when it boots Shows the Learned Mac Address of the modem. Specifies the modem boot state – (2= Default – Do Not Boot) (1= Boot Now) Please be careful when using this in SNMPCfgAdmin if you end up mass setting this on a shitload of modems they will all reboot because basically what you’re telling the modem to do it Boot itself and unless your ISP is from the past they well notice if a shitload of modems suddenly drop offline… Set the TFTP Firmware server I P, this is useful if you want your modem to get its firmware files from you instead of your ISP all you gotta do is set the IP to your TFTP Server Set the name of the firmware file you want your modem to retrieve from the server that its set to get firmware files from. Sets weather to Update the firmware Now when the modem boots or to not update firmware at all (1=update now, 2=update on boot, 3=disable updates) Set the IP of the SNMP Traps Server (0.0.0.0=Disabled) Set the SNMP Trap status (1=enabled, 4=disabled) This will let you change the SNMP listening port from the default port which is 161 It is recommended that you do not c hange this, also be careful changing this on other peoples modems, I had someone get busted because he took this and mass set the SNMP Port to a different port and all the Modems on the ISP appeared as if they were offline because their network monitoring system couldn’t see the modems, if you fuck this up and do acc identally change it for every modem on your ISP I suggest you run far far away however if it is just your modem you did it on you will need to go get a MIB browser or some shit to change it b ack….i recommend iReasoning Mib Browser….you then just gotta use the port you set it to walk the modem find this OID and set it back to 161 Lets you set the SNMP Traps Port

This will return the username typically used by the customer on all SBG series Motorola modems im unsure if it will work on any other types of modems but i f it does than great you can also change the username using this OID This will allow you to see the password typically used by the customer to login to the modem you can also set the password as well this only works on SBG Series modems as far as I know This will allow you to see and set the username that the MSO uses to login to the modem the MSO account typically has more features than the customer account does ex: the ability to view the config file and the ability to access the VPN Features of the modem or anything they may have disabled on the customer account This will allow you to see and set the password that the MSO uses to login to the modem the MSO account typically has more features than the customer account does ex: the ability to view the config file and the ability to access the VPN Features of the modem or anything they may have disabled on the customer account Allows you to see the model of the modem as well as change it this one is k ind of funny but I would use caution because say for example you changed the modem model to “FUCK OFF” it might show up on the screen of a support agent for your ISP one day and unless they are reaaaaaaallly fucking blonde they are going to know that the modem model isn’t “FUCK OFF” Allows you to view the Serial Number for the Cable Modem

A bit of instruction for this one: All you need to do is erase at the end of the OID and type the the last number of the IP address you want the name of the device from note that if you look at the last 7 digits on the OID it makes up 192.168.0. so you can make that into an IP li ke 192.168.0.2 get it? I hope so cause im done explaining lol I found this when I was walking a SBG900 the value of it was set to my ISP`s domain name ex: blank.com im assuming it’s the s earch domain…..
