Statement of Purpose The inertia of human cerebrum is devoid of incapabilities. Yet it is heretic enough to delude. I always believed in the thinking power of brain & the mechanism it can perform, even if it is something which comes on a television show where a man, by looking merely, smoothers an iron rod with his eyes. With time our thinking has ameliorated to a counter responding one, where a process of reciprocal transaction for positive and not so positive things has become our mundane work. I have based my growth as an individual on the virtue of, understanding hordes and situations that come in life accordingly. People can give more if they are given more; this is a blunt verity and it’s this symbiotic relationship that allured me to take up a Masters of Business Administration and streamline my propensity in every aspect of peak level management more so in Human Resources Management. In process of subjugating a lustrous career as a top level HR manager in a reputed Corporate Firm, I can visualize an MBA degree to be the apt move. Its’ a positive irony, a contradiction of its’ own kind, humans have all got the same basic structure and ingredients, even the tongue looks same for every person, but not every one has the same taste for food, similarly two normal looking people have nuances in their thinking capabilities and inclinations towards various aspects of life. This is what makes humans called as individuals- the latent characteristics, which get delineated in the efforts. I too springed as an individual with a different perception about human potential. Where everybody was busy going for gadgets, stocks and equities, I strangled me into the in-depth study of business- The Human Way. Completing my bachelors’ degree in Commerce, I moved on towards my interest and pursued a masters’ degree in HRM, which unfettered my potential skills in this particular domain of management. To get a handy exposure in this field I did my internship in Effectiveness on British Safety Council 5Star Management System. I was recruited by one of the major gear manufacturing company in India GEAR PROFILE- four year nine month back. Based on my knowledge in the field of HRM I was given the job responsibilities and designation of HR executive. It has been four years and nine months approximately, since I am working for the company with all HR work, maintaining healthy liaison with clients and managing manpower, and every day fills me up with new exuberance and an even more mature sense of understanding for my job. It’s because I love being extrovert, manage & understand the intricacies of human nature, which is far more entangled than a PCB. In due course of my opus I realized the urgency for updation in my profile, and thus I got training in SAP HR, which helped me organize my work efficiently. SAP enabled me to setup the enterprise structure (Personnel Areas and Sub areas) and personnel structure (Employee Groups and Subgroups) properly. I was given the job to maintain Employee master data, using transaction codes PA30, PA40, PA10, PA20, PA70, PA42, and to create defaults for these

data configuration using ABKS, PINCH, NUMKR. My responsibility rose further, and I was then asked to integrate personnel administration with organizational management & personnel development using reports RHINTE00, RHINTE10, RHINTE20 and RHINTE30, which kept track of the employee pay scale group and pay scale level too. For a organization to run properly, the most imperative process for existence is its successful management. I was the key nexus between employee and management. I realized the gravity of interdependent symbiosis, of the graded
employees to the particular job they are allotted. After analyzing the situation the, management comes in cases of strikes or mass leaves, I could conclude their condition as helpless. So in order to alleviate the stress, I devised a system which regulated the daily, alternative and period work schedule of my employees using variants method. RPTQTA00 helped me generating and configurating the Absence quotas and types like for- earned leaves, sick leaves, casual leaves etc. Roehempton University has had a brawny and sophisticated legacy of producing excellent managers in the past. I being a Business oriented undergrad and graduate studied a every aspect of managerial dexterity required, hence evolved my latent bent towards the most intricate and a perfect example of reciprocity of human resources in a work environment- HRM. Looking at the course curriculum, I feel confident and exuberant regarding my future as a professional. EMBA’s Accreditation is the evidence of the acknowledgement the Roehempton University has acquired for the thorough researches and teaching ken in fields like Business Management & Corporate infrastructure (Finance, HR, Accounting etc.). The level of sincerity and professionalism students have achieved with the internships, they were offered by gigantic firms because of the positive reputation of the University, can be read from the alumni feedback system. The corporate location of the university surrounded by companies like KPMG, JP MORGAN, GOLDMAN & SACHS secures an even more corporate aspiration of mine in the field of Human Resource Management. Some people can relate to different people with minimum of differences, some cannot. I believe that almighty has allotted opuses to every individual & has set the track for his/her success. I have recognized it. I know I can regulate and manage the immense potential humans have, and I know the places and positions they can be best utilized for an overall development of industry & society.
